So happy with this treadmill! I stand on it for at least an hour every day. Thanks in part to the treadmill, I've already lost 15 kg, and that while walking at a brisk pace. In retrospect, I'm glad it comes with a handle so you can hold on during intense running. The treadmill is of good quality, and the speed up to 10 km is more than sufficient. If I had to mention one thing I'd recommend, it would be expanding the programs. But that certainly doesn't detract from my satisfaction! I have recommended Dreaver to my family and friends.
