European - legislation and regulations
All our products comply with European legislation and CE directives that apply to the products. CE stands for Conformité Européenne and is a series of directives and standards that must be complied with for a certain number of product groups that are sold on the European market. One of those product groups is electronics.
The aim of the regulations is to set a quality standard for the safety, health and environmental aspects of products falling into these product groups and sold within the European Union.
Safe use
We do everything we can to deliver our products to your doorstep as safely and securely as possible. After that, it is also important that you handle the products responsibly. We strongly recommend that you read the enclosed manual carefully before using a product. In the product manual you will find important safety and usage instructions that apply to the product. You can find the manual in the packaging of the product.
Control
All our products are tested by independent test labs where the products are extensively checked, so that we can be sure that the products we offer are safe and comply with European laws and regulations.
Recognize the difference
As you can see here on the left, there are two small differences between the markings: 1. In the 'CE' logo (first logo), there is a clear distance between the two letters. In the 'China Export' logo, there is no distance between the two letters. 2. In the 'CE' logo, the middle line of the second letter is slightly shorter than the other two lines. In the 'China Export' logo, the middle line of the second letter is as long as the other two lines.
