What is the current delivery time?
Once an order is placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail with an overview of your order. If this is not the case, please send us an e-mail at support@dreaver.nl . We will then look into it with you. (Always check your spam mail first)

Dreaver will pay the shipping costs for orders over €50.
What is the current delivery time?
After we hand over the package to DPD/DHL, it takes an average of 1-2 business days before it is delivered to your home.
*PLEASE NOTE: The tracking information can sometimes indicate that the package has not yet been received by DPD/DHL while this is actually the case. Due to the busy period that DPD/DHL experiences, they cannot always process all delivered packages on time. At the moment that the package is scanned at DPD/DHL, they only say that it has been received, while this was already the case earlier.
Ordered before 9:00 PM on workdays = handed over to DPD/DHL the same day.
My package is delayed at DPD, what should I do?
Unfortunately, we are dependent on courier services, and sometimes, due to the workload, they cannot always guarantee the 100% delivery promise. We always make sure that your order leaves our warehouse in the Netherlands as soon as possible, on its way to the DPD/DHL sorting center.
We understand that this can be frustrating, but we do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible. If your package has not been delivered 5 working days after your order , please contact DPD/DHL customer service or us. This way we can provide more clarity about the status of your order.
