All Dreaver products have a 2-year warranty. This warranty period commences on the date of purchase. All warranties referred to are the manufacturer's warranty or the seller's warranty offered by us, and do not affect your statutory rights. The warranty is only available to the original end user of the product and does not apply to second-hand or free products.

If your product becomes defective during the warranty period for a valid reason, please contact us by filling in the form at the bottom of this page. Let us know exactly what the problem is, and we will find a suitable solution together!

What is the warranty period?

All Dreaver products have a 2-year warranty. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. This warranty is the manufacturer's warranty or a seller's warranty offered by us and does not affect the legal warranty that you have as a consumer.

What is covered under the warranty?

As a consumer, you are entitled to the statutory provisions regarding warranty on every purchase. The statutory warranty means that the product is or must do what you may reasonably expect of it, regardless of the term of the manufacturer's warranty.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use or improper repair
  • Damage from external sources
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Defects due to the customer's own fault
  • Partially or completely dismantled product
  • Repairs performed by third parties
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products whose warranty period has expired
  • Products without valid proof of purchase
  • Non-quality related issues
  • Free products

Process for filing a warranty claim

To claim under the warranty, you must do the following:

  1. Proof of purchase must be provided, showing that the product was purchased less than two years ago.

  2. The purchase must have been made from Dreaver itself or an authorized reseller.

  3. A valid description of the defect must be provided.

  4. If the defective product is damaged, visual and textual evidence of this must be provided, for example a description and clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect.

How can I claim under the warranty?

Do you want to file a warranty claim? Please send an email to support@dreaver.nl with the request for a warranty claim. Please include the following information in your email:

  1. First and last name
  2. Order number
  3. Description of the defect
  4. Visual evidence of the defect (photo and/or video)
  5. Proof of purchase/sales invoice of your order
